Note: A butane kitchen torch is required to ignite the wood chips and is not included.

• Applewood — mild and slightly sweet, works with almost anything
• Peach — soft fruity smoke with a delicate finish

• Oak — classic and robust, the traditional whisky smoke

• Place a small amount of wood chips into the smoker top
• Set the smoker over your glass or serving vessel
• Use a butane kitchen torch to ignite the chips until smoke begins to form
• Allow the smoke to infuse your drink for 20–30 seconds
• Remove the smoker, garnish, and serve
