Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times We ship internationally from our fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- New Zealand: 8-12 business days
- Australia: 8-12 business days
- United States: 8-12 business days
- Other countries: 10-16 business days
Please note these are estimates and occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or courier volumes outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions are applied automatically where applicable.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our courier's tracking portal.
Customs and Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
