Refund policy

At Noctlux we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right we're here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items: contact within 14 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. Replacement or full refund arranged at no cost.

Wrong Item Received: contact within 14 days. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.

Change of Mind: As our products are shipped directly from international suppliers we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before purchasing.

Orders Not Received: if your order has not arrived within 25 business days of purchase please contact us. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
